| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入国际植物新品种保护联盟(UPOV),植物新品种保护工作就越来越重要和紧迫。介绍了制定甘薯DUS测试标准的主要做法,以及甘薯DUS测试标准与国内外相关记载标准的异同,分析了我国甘薯新品种保护的现状和存在的问题,并提出扩大甘薯品种申请保护的措施。

| Abstract: | As having been the members of The International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV), it is more and more important and urgent to protect the new varieties of plants. This paper introduces the main methods to establish the DUS (Distinctness, Uniformity, Stability) testing criteria of sweetpotato, the similarities and the differences among the relative criterions, analyzes the actuality and the problems of new varieties protection of sweetpotato in China, and puts forward measures to enlarge the application to protection of sweetpotato. |
