摘    要:以蝴蝶兰‘Dps.Jetgreen Mantefon’品种为试材,以继代培养获得的丛生芽为外植体,系统研究了2种吸附剂—活性炭(AC)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)及不同预处理(外植体4℃冷藏24 h、黑暗预处理5 d和黑暗预处理10 d)对蝴蝶兰组培中组织褐化的影响。结果表明:活性炭能有效防止褐化和促进生长,综合效果最佳。除外植体4℃冷藏24 h处理外,其余处理措施均可减轻组织褐化,但效果均不及活性炭。

Abstract:The clustered shoots generated from proliferation period of Phalaenopsis amabilis were used as explant in order to study the browning of tissue culture.The treatments include two adsorbents: active carbon,PVP,and three pretreatments: explants preserved at 4℃ for 24 hours,with darkness pretreatment for 5 days and 10 days.The results indicated that active carbon was the best one of all the treatments,which could control browning and promote explant growth.Except for the explants preserved at 4℃ for 24 hours,the other treatments could decrease browning,but the effects were not as good as active carbon.
