超级稻培矮64s/E32开花结实期间的叶片衰老

摘    要:研究了超级稻培矮64s/E32和常规稻浙农952开花后剑叶衰老、光合速率及产量形成的关系。结果表明:水稻开花后,剑叶内光合速率和Rubisco活力明显下降,并与叶绿素和蛋白质含量降低呈正相关;与此同时SOD活性降低,MDA含量上升。与常规稻浙农952相比,超级稻生育后期衰老快,导致剑叶光合速率迅速降低,影响籽粒充实度。因此,有效控制或延缓超级稻衰老,是进一步发挥增产潜力的有效途径。

Abstract:Flag leaf senescence of super-highyield rice—Peiai 64s/E32 andconventional rice Zhenong 952 after heading was studied with soil culture. The results indicate that photosynthetic rate decreased in the flag leaf after flowering. There is close relation between photosynthetic rate and content of chlorophyll in the flag leaf. In the meanwhile, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) decreased and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased. Comparing with Zhenong 952, the senescence of flag leaf was speeded up during late growing period of Peiai 64s/E32.
