| 摘 要： | 目的:研究水蛭不同提取物的抗凝血活性并寻找新的活性成分,为水蛭的新药开发提供实验依据。方法:体外实验和体内实验相结合确定抗凝血活性部位,通过化学分析寻找新的成分。结果:水蛭的乙酸乙酯部分和正己烷部分有较为明显的抗凝血作用,通过化学分析从乙酸乙酯部分分离鉴定出了胆固醇,从正己烷部分鉴定出了11个化合物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the activities of different bloodsucker extracts as anticoagulant. Methods: The active components of bloodsucker as anticoagulant was determined by in vitro and in vivo experiments. Results: The composition extracted by ethyl and hexane had obvious activity as anticoagulant,cholesterol was identified from ethyl extracts and 11 compounds were identified from hexane extracts of leech. |
