摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定食品中的抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ).样品经甲醇提取过滤后测定,检测波长为280 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(含1%的乙酸,体积比为 45∶55),结果表明,TBHQ回收率大于85%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%.该方法简单、快捷、准确,可广泛应用于油脂及多种食品中TBHQ的检测.

Abstract:A HPLC procedure was developed for the determination of tertiary butylhydroquinone(TBHQ) in food.After the sample was extracted with methanol and filtered it can be determined with HPLC.The detect wavelength was 280 nm,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile and H2O(the ratio of volume was 45∶55).The recovery of the TBHQ was upwards 85% and the relative standard deviation was less than 2%.The facile method was efficient,accurate and suitable for routine analysis of TBHQ in oil and foods.
