| 摘 要： | 根据微乳剂形成的机理,选用不同的表面活性剂和助表面活性剂,制备出1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)微乳剂.其配方为1%甲维盐原药+10%二甲基甲酰胺(溶剂)+5%环己酮;表面活性剂OP-10、601#、500#以3∶1∶1的比例进行复配,用量15%;助表面活性剂为正戊醇2%,水补足100%.试样各项质量技术指标均合格.对小菜蛾幼虫室内毒力测定的结果表明,LC50毒力略高于1%甲维盐EC.

| Abstract: | According to microemulsion (ME) principles, 1% emamectin benzoate ME was made up by using surfactants and assistant surfactants. The appropriate solvent and emulsifier were selected. The ultimate formulation was consistent of solvent (5% cyclohexanone and 10% N′N-dimethylformamide), 1% emamectin benzoate, 15% emulsifier and 2% assistant surfactant. The emulsifier was the mixture of OP-10, 601~# and 500~# (3: 1: 1). The assistant surfactant was pentanol, the other component was water. The various technical indicators of the formulation were qualified. The toxicity of 1% emamectin benzoate to Plutella xylostella ME was slightly higher than that of 1% emamectin benzoate EC. |
