中国辣椒优异种质资源评价

对从中国筛选出的 15 4份辣椒种质资源在江苏、湖南、辽宁 3个不同生态区进行田间抗病性、经济性状等评价 ,结果显示 :“四川巫山小牛角”、“广西玉林羊角椒”和“云南思茅县大米椒”3份材料表现最优异 ,可直接用于目前辣椒生产或作为抗源材料用于辣椒抗病育种。同时鉴定出 15份材料抗烟草花叶病毒 (TMV)、11份材料抗黄瓜花叶病毒 (CMV)、7份材料抗炭疽病、17份材料抗疫病、7份材料Vc含量极高、4份材料辣椒素含量极高 ,这些材料可用作扩大中国辣椒抗病育种的遗传背景材料

Evaluation of Chinese Excellent Pepper Germplasms

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the field resistance and main economic characteristics of 154 excellent pepper gerplasms from China in three different ecological regions of Jiangsu,Hunan and Liaoning.Three germplasms named "Sichuangwushanxiaoniujiao","Guanxiyulingyangjiaojiao"and "Yunnanshimaoxiandamijiao"were the most excellent,and could be used to the present pepper production or to the diseases resistant pepper breeding as resitant resources of TMV,CMV,phytophthora blight( Phytophthora capsici) and anthracnose( Collectotrichum capsici) .Simultaneously,15 germplasms resistant to TMV,11 germplasms resistant to CMV,7 germplasms resistant to anthracnose,17 germplasms resistant to photophthora blight,7 germplasms with higher Vc,and 4 germplasms with higher capsaicin were also evaluated.Among above 61 gemplasms,53 germplasms,taking about 54 1%,originated from the southwest of China.The 61 germplasms also could be used to enlarge the gene background for diseases resistant pepper breeding in China.
