| 摘 要： | 研究了苯基(1,2,3)噻二唑-7-硫代羧酸硫甲酯(BTH)诱导黄瓜对黄瓜炭疽病(Colletotrichumlage鄄narium)的抗病性表现。结果表明,0.05~0.7mmol/L的BTH均有不同程度的诱导效果,0.3mmol/LBTH为最佳处理浓度,诱导效果达到84.94%,处理后第3d表现出最佳诱导抗性,并且持效期在21d以上。BTH诱导黄瓜对炭疽病的抗性具系统性。BTH对炭疽菌孢子萌发及菌丝生长均无直接抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The induced resistance to C. lagenarium was conducted through cucumber treated with benzo(1,2,3)thiadiazole-7-carbothioic acid S-methylester (BTH). The result showed that 0.05~0.7mmol/L BTH expressed different effects on induced resistance, among which the induced resistance in cucumber treated with 0.3mmol/L BTH had the best effect and the effect reached 84.94% .The third day expressed the best effect after induced, duration of the induction could remain 21 days or more. At the same time, the result also showed that BTH had induction of systemic resistance in cucumber against anthracnose. BTH had no direct inhibition to the spore germination and mycelial growth. |
