棉花纤维品质形成生理学研究——Ⅰ.生长调节剂对纤维细胞次生壁增厚的效应

摘    要:本试验对大田生长的陆地棉(G.hirstum L.)中16品种植株上的花和棉铃分别应用6种生长调节剂,研究纤维细胞次生壁快速增厚期生长调节剂对纤维细胞次生壁增厚的效应。试验结果表明:NAA(20μm)促进纤维伸长,但降低纤维细胞壁厚度,使单根纤维重量降低;GA_3(20μm)、4Pμ-30(μm),多效唑(50ppm)促进了纤维伸长,且增加了纤维细胞壁厚度,使单根纤维重量增加、调节安(50ppm)未增加纤维长度,但降低了纤维厚度,使单根纤维重量降低;缩节安(50ppm)与对照天显著差异。

Abstract:The effects of growth regulators on fiber elongation and secondary wall thick-ening were studied with variety of upland (G.hirsutum L.) in1991.Fiber length increasedwith the use of NAA (20μm)、GA3 (20μm) and 4Pμ-30m (20μm) at floweringstage.The thickeness of secondary wall and fiber weight per fiber cell increased with the useof GA3 (20um)and 4Pu-30(20um),but the thickenes s of secondary wall and fiber weightper riber cell decreased with the use of NAA (20μm) and Tiao Jie An (50ppm) at thetime of 25days post anthesis.the regulation of regulators on fiber elongation and secondarywall thickening will be discussed.
