肉骨粉、豆粕替代鱼粉水平对黄鳝生长的影响

分别用肉骨粉和豆粕为蛋白源等氮替代0%、7.5%、15.0%、22.5%、30.0%、37.5%的鱼粉,对平均体重8.05g的黄鳝(Monopterus albus),进行生长试验,结果表明:随着肉骨粉和豆粕在饲料中含量的增加,黄鳝增重率下降,饵料系数增加,蛋白质利用率下降;在肉骨粉替代试验中,增重率在对照组和试验组中存在显著差异,在豆粕替代试验中,对照组与7.5%的替代组之间增重率无显著差异。考虑到增重率、饵料系数和蛋白质的利用率及经济因素,在黄鳝配合饲料中肉骨粉替代在22.5%以内,豆粕替代在15.0%以内对黄鳝的生长不会造成明显的影响,且黄鳝配合饲料中鱼粉含量不应低于30%。

Effect on Rice Field Eel's Performance of the Level of Diet Substitute Fish Meal with Soybean Meal,Meat Bone Powder

Feeding rice field eel(Monopterus albus)for 8 weeks by rice field eel'formula diet that substituted equal nitrogen fish meal' separately with soybean meal,meat bone meat by 0.0%,7.5%,15.0%,22.5%,30.0%,37.5%.The results showed that along with the increase of replacing amount of soybean meal and meat bone powder,the productivity of the rice field eel reduced gradually.But the replacing amount of soybean meal within 15%,meat bone powder within 22.5%,the rice field eel's productivity had no significance discrepancy.The content of the fish meal should not be lower than 30% in rice field eel's diet.
