棉花红蜘蛛的抗药性测定

摘    要:采用玻片浸渍法测定了周口地区棉花红蜘蛛的抗药性。结果表明:2005年周口地区棉花红蜘蛛对Avermectin极为敏感,其LC50为0.0019864 mg/L;专用杀螨剂、拟除虫菊酯类药剂也都表现出了较高的毒力;而有机磷类药剂的毒力较低,说明该地区棉花红蜘蛛对有机磷类药剂已产生明显的抗药性。建议当地暂停使用有机磷类农药防治棉花红蜘蛛,可采用Avermectin与专用杀螨剂及拟除虫菊酯类药剂轮用或混用,以提高防治效果并延缓抗药性的发展。

Abstract:The toxicities of 10 pesticides against Tetranychus cinnabarinus were assayed in the laboratory in Zhoukou with slip-slide method.The results showed that Tetranychus cinnabarinus was highly sensitive to Avermectin(LC_(50) value was 0.0019864mg/L) and also sensitive to acaricides and pyrethroids while tolerant to organophosphorous insecticides,indicating that organophosphorous insecticides were not suitable for controlling Tetranychus cinnabarinus.
