摘    要:[目的]研究紫外线对淡水三角涡虫切割损伤前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。[方法]分别用短波紫外线对切割损伤前后的淡水三角涡虫进行照射,测定不同照射时间涡虫体内SOD活性。[结果]紫外线照射后,涡虫体内SOD活性随时间延长呈现先升高后下降的趋势,切割损伤后SOD活性高于切割损伤前SOD活性。[结论]紫外线可提高切割损伤前后涡虫体内SOD活性。

Effects of Ultraviolet Radiation on Activities of Superoxide Dismutase in Dugesia japonica Before and After Cutting

Abstract:[Objective] The study was to research the effects of ultraviolet radiation on activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in Dugesia japonica before and after cutting.[Method] Dugesia japonica was radiated with UV before and after cutting respectively and SOD activities were detected at different radiation time.[Result] SOD activities in Dugesia japonica appeared to have a decline trend after an initial ascent with the increase of UV-C radiation time.The SOD activity in Dugesia japonica after cutting was higher than that before cutting.[Conclusion] UV radiation could improve SOD activity in Dugesia japonica before and after cutting.
