摘    要:由于抗生素残留引起环境污染,并诱导抗生素抗性菌株以及抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的产生及传播,严重危害人类健康与生态安全.对此进行了研究,结果发现:近十年来国内外地表水环境抗生素残留水平表现出与水体功能、自净能力、人类活动等多种因素密切相关的特征,抗生素对微生物群落结构、活性及生物体的毒性效应逐渐显现,低浓度抗生素残留诱...

Abstract:Antibiotic residues would cause the environmental pollution,induce and spread antibiotic resistance Genes(ARGs),and threaten people's health and eco-environment security.The level of antibiotic residues in surface water is relevant to water function,self-purification ability of water and human activity,et al.The toxic effects of antibiotics on microbial community structure,activity and organism have gradually emerged.Low concentration of antibiotic residue is inducing resistance genes who store in different environment and become new pollutants.The management system of antibiotic pollution has not been established,so it is necessary to establish standards,investigate the status quo and study the impact of ecological safety as soon as possible.
