| 摘 要： | 开展土地开发是提高县域经济发展、促进乡村振兴的重要抓手和主要措施。本文从项目实施的必要性出发,分析了项目区土地适宜性以及项目实施的环境影响,并重点围绕土地平整工程和灌溉与排水工程进行了规划方案优化比选,以期为土地开发项目的进一步完善提供参考。
