Abstract: | Abstract:In order to explore the application effect of biodegradable permeable mulching film on millet and further explore the production potential of millet. The effects of biodegradable permeable mulching film on millet were studied in terms of growth period, photosynthetic characteristics, agronomic characters and yield. The results show that: Compared with open field sowing, biodegradable water permeable mulching film could advance the growth period of millet by 3 ~ 5d, significantly increase photosynthesis at grain filling stage, increase leaf SPAD value, and significantly affect the agronomic traits of millet. The yield reached 3885.69kg/hm2, which was 86.57% and 32.63% higher than that of open field treatment, respectively. Spike weight and grain weight increased significantly. At the same time, the yield of biodegradable permeable mulching film was 8.81% higher than that of ordinary mulching film after heading and flowering. It can be seen that the effect of biodegradable permeable mulching film is good, which can be further popularized and applied in this area. |
