干巴菌仿野生栽培菌种培养基碳源氮源筛选

摘    要:配制不同碳源氮源培养基接种干巴菌菌种,研究不同配方碳源、氮源培养基对干巴菌母种、栽培种菌丝长势、生长速度、满袋时间的影响。结果表明,干巴菌母种培养基用松针水配制,栽培种培养基中添加40%的松针,其菌丝生长速度均较快。干巴菌母种培养基菌丝最适合的主要碳源是马铃薯,菌丝生长速度最快(4.53mm/d),最适合的主要氮源是蛋白胨与酵母粉1:1的混合物,菌丝生长速度快(5.06mm/d)、菌丝长势强。干巴菌栽培种碳源以糯米最好,生长速度快(5.89mm/d)、菌丝长势强,菌丝满袋时间短(39d);栽培种氮源以麸皮最好,生长速度快(5.75mm/d)、菌丝长势强,菌丝满袋时间短(40d)。

Screening of Carbon Source and Nitrogen Source in Imitation of Wild CultivatedThelephora Ganbajun
Abstract:This paper made a research on formulating different carbon source and nitrogen source media to inoculate Thelephora Ganbajun so as to study the effects of different carbon source and nitrogen source media on the growth, growth rate and bag full time of the mycelia of the mother and cultivated species.The results showed that the mycelia in potato medium grew fast (4.53mm/d) which is significantly different from the brown rice medium and taro medium, and the density of mycelia was more uniform than that in sweet potato medium, so it was better to use potato as the main carbon source.The results also showed that the mixture of peptone and yeast powder 1:1 was the best nitrogen source medium for mother species, and the mycelia grew fast and strongly (5.06mm/d).The better culture medium for carbon source was glutinous rice, which had a fast growth rate (5.89mm/d), strong growth of mycelia, and a short time of mycelia filling bag (39d).The wheat bran was the better nitrogen source medium, which had a fast growth rate (5.75mm/d), strong growth of mycelia, and a short time of mycelia filling bag (40 days).The growth rate of mycelium was faster than that of the control group when the mother culture medium was prepared with pine needle water and 40% pine needles were added to the culture medium. This experimental study will be the foundation of the study on wild artificial cultivation based on the biological characteristics of wild Thelephora Ganbajun.
