上海海洋资源开发利用的因素分析及政策建议

从上海发展海洋经济、合理利用海洋资源的必要性出发,从海洋空间资源、海洋生物资源、滨海旅游资源和可再生能源4方面分析了上海海洋资源的现状及存在的问题,并提出了综合利用上海海洋资源的5点建议,即坚持岸线资源开发利用的统一管理,优化港口资源、建设合理港群,保持生物资源可持续发展,充分利用可再生能源和大力发展滨海旅游业。

Factors Analysis and Policy Recommendations of Shanghai Marine Resources Utilization

Starting from significance of developing marine economy,utilizing marine resource reasonably,the status situation and problems of marine resource in Shanghai were analyzed from marine space resource,marine life resource,coastal tourism resource and renewable energy resources.Then,five suggestions to synthetically utilize marine resources in Shanghai were put forward,they were：stick on unified management,optimize port resource,contribute reasonable port groups,maintain sustainable development of biological resources,make good use of renewable energy resources and strive to develop coastal tourism.
