水稻粒重遗传与育种研究进展

摘    要:水稻粒重是影响产量及品质的重要性状之一。通过对水稻粒重性状的遗传特点,粒重QTL、基因的定位与克隆研究进展,粒重与粒型、品质之间的关系及其在选育中的应用现状进行分析综述,提出水稻粒重性状在早期世代进行选择,易获得目标株系,在适当粒重范围内,提高产量与改善米质可以同步进行,利用和改造控制粒重基因是未来提高水稻产量的有效方法。

Abstract:Rice grain weight is an important character which affects its yield and quality. The paper summarizes the progresses made in identification of genetic characteristics of grain weight, QTLs related with it, gene mapping and the cloning researches. The paper also summarizes the correlation between grain weight, grain shape and quality traits. The importance of progeny selection at early stages has been discussed in view to obtain target strain and to increase yield and enhance quality synchronously within appropriate range of grain weight. Identification and transformation of the genes related to the traits of grain weight has been suggested as a potential method to improve the rice yield.
