欧李果实中矿质元素、干物质和水分的分配及相关性

摘    要:【目的】揭示欧李果实发育过程中矿质元素、干物质和水分的分配规律及相互关系,为研究欧李果实矿质元素吸收机制提供理论依据。【方法】以野生欧李为试材,研究野生欧李果实发育期不同阶段(幼果膨大期、硬核期、成熟增长期)结果基生枝矿质营养元素(Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg、K)在各组织器官中的分配及其与干物质和水分分配的相关性。【结果】各组织器官中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Mg元素分配总体表现为:新梢〉果实〉韧皮部〉木质部;K分配与水分分配变化规律一致,表现为:果实〉新梢〉韧皮部〉木质部;而Ca元素在新梢中分配居多,其次为韧皮部。各组织器官中矿质元素与干物质和水分分配的相关规律各异,其中K元素的相关性最为显著。【结论】欧李各组织器官干物质积累和水分代谢影响矿质元素吸收与积累,K元素代谢对果实钙素吸收影响最大。

Abstract:Objective]The experiment was conducted to explicate the relationship and distribution of mineral nutrients, dry matter and moisture content during fruit development stages of Cerasus humilis, and to elucidate the mechanism of calcium accumulation in its fruits. Method]The distribution of mineral nutrients (Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg and K) in fruiting bearing branches during the period of fruit development stages (young, hardening and maturity stages) was studied, and its relationship with dry matters accumulation and moisture content in wild Cerasus humilis tissues and organs was analyzed. Result]The results showed the similar trend of distribution of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn and Mg in different tissues and organs was analyzed by the dry matter. The descending order of nutrient distribution was as follows: young tipfruitphloemxylem. The distribution trend of K was found similar to the moisture accumulation trend, and the descending order was fruityoung tipphloemxylem. Ca was mainly found distributed in the younger tips followed by the phloem. The correlation of mineral nutrients distribution with dry matter and moisture content differed in different tissues and organs of Cerasus humili. A noticeable correlation was found in K accumulation. Conclusion]The accumulation of dry matter and moisture content influenced the uptake and accumulation of mineral nutrients in different tissues and organs of Cerasus humilis. The potassium uptake and accumulation was found greatly correlated with the calcium uptake and accumulation in the fruits.
