Polymorphic marker technique of DNA molecular is a polymorphic examination technique of DNA in molecular level,it was used extensively in the studies on biological polymorphism,genetic polymorphism,examination and protection of nearly extinct species.This paper introduced a few polymorphic marker techniques of DNA molecular used usually,these techniques are accurate and dependable,but they have their advantage and weakness respectively,suggest that:must use over two techniques to compare studies to synthesis the data and get the conclusion in the study of polymorphic marker technique of DNA molecular.
