| 摘 要： | 为了提高宝莲灯(Medinilla magnifica)花卉的产量和质量,对北方温室中宝莲灯扦插育苗技术进行了研究。结果表明,利用半嫩枝插穗经50mg/L吲哚丁酸+50mg/L吲哚乙酸处理后,扦插在混合基质(泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=4∶1∶1),成活率达到85.0%~95%,春夏季(4—8月份)扦插的成活率和发枝数明显优于秋冬季(9—11月份)。

| Abstract: | Medinilla magnifica is favored in the Chinese domestic market. However, it is diffieuh to propagation. The cottage experiments in greenhouse of northern China have been reported in this paper. The results showed that the young shoots treated by growth regulator with 50 mg/L IBA＋50 mg/L IAA have been planted in mixed substnace （4 ： 1 ： 1 ）, the survival rate was 85.0 %-95 %, and the survival rate and branch number in spring and summer was better than in autumn and winter. |
