| 摘 要： | 桑椹营养物质含量丰富，利用价值高，在食品和医药保健方面开发前景广阔。糖含量是桑椹价值评定的一项重要指标，利用微波处理，快速液体色层分析图谱法，可以准确迅速测析大量样本，具有简便、节时、减少测试成本的优点。

| Abstract: | Morula is rich in nutrient components and has a high value of utilization. There is a wiele prospset in dcveloping the morula for food and health medicine. The evaluation of amount of morula sugar is an important index. A rapid accurate testing method by microwave treatmeat can analyse many samples at the same time. |
