| 摘 要： | 建立RP—HPLC法测定关木通不同方法炮制品中马兜铃酸的含量。结果表明：马兜铃酸I浓度在0．2875～4．6000μg／mL范围内（r=0．9999）呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为98．00％，RSD为0．6141％。关木通经炮制后马兜铃酸含量均有不同程度降低．以碱制、醋炙效果最为显著。

| Abstract: | The experiment was carried out to set up a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of aristolochic acid I in Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis.The results showed that There was a fine linear relationship between the range of 0.287 5～4.600 0μg/mL of foraristolochic acid I(r=0.999 9).The averagerates of recovery of aristolochic acid I were 98.00%,the RSD were 0.6141%.The contents of aristolochic acid I in Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis decreaded when the original herbs were processed by different ways,especially for the methods of processing herbswith alkali and vinegar. |
