| 摘 要： | 植物膜蛋白质组学的研究是蛋白质组学研究者关注的焦点之一,但由于膜蛋白具有低丰度、疏水性等特点,因此膜蛋白的富集提取、分离鉴定存在很大的难度.从膜蛋白的富集提取、分离鉴定入手,阐述其研究进程,对质膜蛋白、叶绿体膜蛋白、线粒体膜蛋白和液泡膜蛋白等方面的研究进展进行了综述.并对膜蛋白的研究前景进行展望.
