家蚕对维生素C的味觉电生理反应

摘    要:用电生理学方法测定表明 ,家蚕下颚瘤状体栓锥感器SS Ⅰ和SS Ⅱ对维生素C均具有强烈的电生理反应 ,感受阈值为 10 -5mol/L左右 ,而且VC与蔗糖和肌醇能相互抑制味觉感受器内导放电脉冲的发生。最后对VC与家蚕食性的关系进行了讨论。

Gustation Electro-Physiological Response to Vitamin C of Silkworm
Abstract:Detected by electro physiological method,both sensillum styloconicum SS Ⅰ and SS Ⅱ on the maxillary tubercle of silkworm showed sensitively electro physiological responses to vitamin C,and the sense value was about 10 -5 mol/L.It also showed that the electro physiological responses to sucrose and inositol were inhibited by vitamin C whereas the responses to vitamin C inhibited by sucrose and inositol.In the end,the relationship between vitamin C and feeding habit of silkworm was discussed.
