| 摘 要： | 将辣蓼挥发油用丙酮稀释成0.012 50、.008 930、.006 380、.004 560、.003 250、.002 32 g/ml的药液,对小菜蛾进行了熏蒸和忌避活性测定。熏蒸活性测定,244、87、2 h的LC50分别为0.006 300、.005 420、.005 12 g/ml;忌避活性测定,0.012 5 g/ml浓度在12~48 h内忌避率都在80%以上,结果表明:辣蓼挥发油对小菜蛾具有较好的熏蒸和忌避活性。 |

| Abstract: | A series of concentrations of each parts from0.0125,0.00893,0.00638,0.00456,0.00325 and 0.00232g/ml of essential oil of Polygonum hydropiper linnaeus were used in the fumigation and repellent to Plutella xylostella. In fumigation of test, LC50 was 0.006 30,0.005 42,0.005 12 g/ml for 24 h,48 h and 72 h and in repellent of test, repellent rote was over 80% when concentraton was 0.012 5 g/ml in 12 - 48 h. The testing results showed that essential oil of Polygonum hydropiper Linnaeus in fumigation and repellent was better to Putella xylostella. |
