| 摘 要： | 2018年5月,陕西省珍稀野生动物救护基地突然有10只人工育雏的朱鹮雏鸟在短暂厌食后相继死亡,经病理剖检及实验室病原检测诊断为新城疫.剩余18只朱鹮雏鸟经检测12只新城疫阳性,后经抗NDV异源高免血清治疗和新城疫疫苗紧急免疫后,16只雏鸟成活.朱鹮感染新城疫偶有报道,但尚无成功治愈的案例.这次朱鹮雏鸟新城疫的诊治为今后...

| Abstract: | In May 2018,10 crested ibis chicks raised artificially in Shaanxi Rare Wildlife Rescue Base died one after another after a short period of anorexia,and were diagnosed as Newcastle disease by pathological autopsy and laboratory pathogen detection.The remaining 18 crested ibis chicks were tested positive for NDV,and 16 survived after NDV treatment and emergency immunization.Newcastle disease has occasionally been reported in crested ibis,but no successful cure has been reported.The diagnosis and treatment of Newcastle disease in crested ibis provided a reference for the treatment of rare and endangered birds in the future. |
