| 摘 要： | 通过对张家口坝上错季草莓果实品质特性研究,结果表明,坝上9月采摘的品种"卢比"(Ruby)果实可溶性糖含量达14.6,糖酸比达到15.73,风味极佳.

| Abstract: | Through studies on fruit quality characteristics of strawberry under unseasonal conditions in Bashang Area of Zhangjiakou,the results showed that the soluble sugar content of Ruby's fruit harvested in September reached 14.6%,the ratio of soluble sugar and organic acid reached 15.73,the fruit quality is very good. |
