| Abstract: | Cadres at the basic level in rural area take a duty of leading farmers to develop agriculture, and the leadership style has a direct effects on the development of countryside's economy. Therefore, to strengthen the coustruction of leadership style , we must enhance our communist idea, improve our quality and reinforce our system construction. |
