拔地拉和一些竹蔗地方品种的开花诱导及杂交利用

摘    要:本试验于1994年在海南甘蔗育种场进行,采用拔地拉和一些地方竹蔗品种(福建竹蔗、广东竹蔗、江酉竹蔗和广西竹蔗)为材料,3种固定日长(12小时,12小时15分钟和12小时25分钟)和2种日长递减率(15秒/天和30秒/天)。结果表明:12小时25分钟的固定日长更有利于拔地拉和竹蔗开花;15秒/天和30秒/天的日长递减率分别适合于拔地拉和竹蔗的开花诱导。拔地拉和竹蔗作母本与斑茅、割手密等杂交产生了大量的后代。竹蔗还发现有少量可育的花粉,自交产生了一些实生苗,表明竹蔗将来可望作为杂交父本。

Floral Induction of Badila and Some Bamboo Cane Varieties(S.sirerses) and Their Hybridization
Abstract:Abstract The experiment was conducted in Hainan Sugarcane Breeding Station in 1994. Bedila and four bamboo cane varieties from Fujian,Guangxi,Guangdong and Jisngxi were used for floral induction with three constant daylengths (12 hr, 12 hr 15 min and 12 hr 25 min) and two daylength decline rates(15 see/day and 30 see/day). The results showed that the constant daylensth of 12 hr 25 min is more suitable for badila and bamboo cane for floral induction;daylength decline rates of 15 see/day and 30 sec/day are suitable for badila and bamboo cane respectively. Bedila and bamboo cane varieties as female parents, were crossed with S. arundinaceum, S. spontaneum, etc,producing a lot of progeny. The bamboo cane varieties were also found to have a little fertile pollen and could produce some seedlings by self-cross. This suggested that the bamboo cane varieties might be used for male patent in future crossing.
