| 摘 要： | 根据对甘蓝型油菜(B.napus L.)的起源以及5个品种群体自交亲和性变异的分布及其遗传趋势的分析,认为在自交亲和性变异较大的群体中是能够选育出遗传性稳定的自交不亲和系的,并推测在甘蓝型油菜中的某一特定品种的自交亲和性是由少数几对等位基因控制的,其效应可能主要是非加性的,但也不排除一些微效基因的修饰作用。

A Preliminary Study on Variation of Population Self Ccompatibility and Selection Effect for Self-incompatibility in Brassica napus L. |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the origin of Brassica napus L, and of the diagram distribution and heredity tendency of self-compatibility variation in five cultivars populations, the authors hold that the stability in heredity of self-incomptibility lines can be bred from population the self-compatibility of which varies in considerable degrees, and suppose that self-incompatibility of a given cultivar of B.napus L. is controlled by a few pair of alleles, whose effect may be mainly non-addilive, but the modifying effect of polygenes cannot be ruled out. |
