金花茶皂甙分离纯化的初步研究

摘    要:以金花茶叶浓缩液为试验材料,探讨了金花茶皂甙的分离纯化方法.实验结果表明,乙酸乙酯萃取的方法不能有效将皂甙与茶多酚分离;采用Diaion HP-10和HPD-450两种大孔吸附树脂均可以将金花荼皂甙分离成S 1、S 2、S 3和S 4等4个组分,其中S 1组分的皂甙含量分别为96.4%和93.6%;Diaion HP-10大孔树脂对茶多酚有较强的吸附力.

Abstract:Using concentrated solution of Camellia chrysantha(Hu)Tuyama as material,isolation and purification methods of saponin was discussed.The results showed that the solvent extraction with ethyl acetate could not separate saponin from tea polyphenol.Saponin were separated into S1,S2,S3 and S4 fractions by using either of Diaion HP-10 and HPD-450 resin,and the saponin content of S1 fractions were 96.4% and 93.6% respectively.Diaion HP-10 resin has stronger adsorption capacity to tea polyphenol than that of HPD-4...
