| 摘 要： | 为了快速简便有效地进行辣椒资源抗疫病筛选,对游动孢子灌根接种法、疫病毒素离体叶片接种法、毒素灌根接种法进行了比较研究。结果表明:离体叶片毒素接种法鉴定结果与游动孢子灌根接种法有极显著的正相关,可以作为辣椒抗疫病鉴定的有效方法,对大批材料进行快速接种鉴定。 |

| Abstract: | In order to effectively evaluate the pepper phytophthora blight resistance,the following disease resistance evaluation methods including zoospore dip-root,phytophthora blight toxin detached leaves and toxin dip-root was assessed. The results showed that phytophthora blight toxin detached leaf method was more suitable method than others. It can be used as an appropriate method to assess the pepper germplasm. |
