| 摘 要： | 随着国家文化体制改革的全面启动和逐渐深入,农村文化市场得到了进一步繁荣.但同时,农民收入的减少和教育体制的改革使广大农民对文化消费的投入极少,加之不良文化不断向农村侵袭,封建落后文化不断滋长蔓延,使得农村文化市场良莠不齐,新农村文化建设还有待新的举措.
