| 摘 要： | 对双孢菇醋糟栽培法与稻草栽培法的工艺流程和双孢菇品质进行了比较研究,结果表明,醋糟是栽培双孢菇极好的原料,既极大地降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益,用它栽培的双孢菇在产量与品质上又有明显优于稻草栽培的双孢菇,并且为醋糟找到了一条利用途径。

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus based on vinegar distillers' grains and rice straw,the comparative study is done on the cultivation process and the quality of Agaricus bisporus.The results show that the vinegar distillers' grains is excellent materials for cultivation of Agaricus bisporus.Vinegar distillers' grains cultivation not only greatly reduced the production cost and improved the economic efficiency,but Agaricus bisporus cultivated in yield and quality is also far better than another straw cultivation.Vinegar cultivation of Agaricus bisporus is a good way in waste using. |
