四川水土保持科技示范园区建设的现状与建议

四川省将建立水土保持科技示范园区作为加快科技创新步伐、实现传统水保向现代水保转变的重要措施 ,重点建设集综合治理、生态修复、科技推广、宣传培训、试验示范于一体的水土保持科技园区 ,这些科技园区已成为综合治理的示范基地、科技成果的示范推广基地、试验研究的观测场地、实用技术的培训基地、科学技术的宣传基地和机制创新的探索场地。分析了当前工作存在的主要问题 ,提出了下一步工作的建议

Present Status and Suggestions on Establishing Soil and Water Conservation Sci-Tech Zones of Sichuan

Sichuan Province will put emphasis on establishing sci-tech pilot zones of soil and water conservation, where taking the measures of integrated management, ecological rehabilitation, sci-tech popularization, publicity, training, tests and demonstration as an integration for speeding up the steps of bringing forth new ideas in science and technology and realizing the transformation from traditional soil and water conservation into modern ones. These sci-tech zones have become a pilot base for integrated management, a base of demonstration and popularization of scientific and technical achievements, an observation site of testing and study, a training base of applied technique, a publicity base of science and technology and an exploration site of bringing forth new ideas in mechanism. The paper analyzes the main existing problems in the work and puts forward suggestions for the future work.
