西瓜抗枯萎病育种研究进展

摘    要:对西瓜枯萎病菌生理小种分化、鉴定方法、抗病机理、抗性遗传规律、分子标记在抗病育种中的应用和抗源新材料创制等方面的研究进展进行了综述和评价,并介绍了国内外西瓜抗枯萎病育种已取得的成绩和最新进展,在此基础上对西瓜抗枯萎病育种研究的进一步发展进行了讨论与展望。

Abstract:The differentiation of physiological races and the classification standard of watermelon wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum), together with the use of molecular marker for the selection of Fusarium wilt-resistance,were reviewed. The mechanism and the inheritance of resistance to the disease were also summerized. The advances on breeding of resistant materials and resistant varieties were discussed at the same time. Based on these above, the further development of watermelon breeding to Fusarium wilt-resistance was discussed and reviewed as well.
