| 摘 要： | 研制的酶联免疫检测装置由光源系统、定位系统滤光折射系统３部分构成，可安装在普通的分光光度计上，不改变分光光度计原有的结构的性能，即可进行酶联免疫检测分析，经相关分析表明，检测结果与ＤＧ３０２２Ａ型酶联检测仪的相关系数达到极显著水平，且其灵敏度高，重复性好、线性误差小，证明该装置能满足酶联免疫检测的分析的要求。

| Abstract: | An appliance on spectrophotometer for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed .The appliance is made up of three parts,light resource system,location system and light filter and reflection system.The appliance can be installed on an ordinary spectophotometer for the purpose of ELISA in conditions of original structure and property of spectrophotometer unchanged. Correlation analysis shows that the appliance bears the following advantages,higher sensitivity,stronger repetitiveness,and lesser linear error,which can meet the need of ELISA. |
