三轮农用车车架有限元动态性能分析

摘    要:对某型三轮农用运输车车架进行了动态有限元仿真分析,建立了以板单元为基本单元的有限元计算模型,利用分析软件对其进行了模态分析、发动机激励下的振动分析以及路面随机振动分析.同时,通过模态试验和发动机激励下车架响应电测试验验证了计算结果,了解了该车架动力特性,也为车架结构的进一步分析和优化奠定了基础.

Abstract:In order to perform the dynamical emulation analysis for some type farm tricycle frame construction,the FEA model of the frame was established by taking shell as a basic unit.Using FEA software made the analysis of normal modes and the vibration analysis with engine's stimulation and road surface roughness.The calculation result was compared and verified by modal experiment and response testing experiment with engine's stimulation.The model and the results would provide basement for further analysis and str...
