丰驰桑对朱砂叶螨抗性的研究

摘    要:应用Jackknife技术,研究了朱砂叶螨在丰驰桑和湖桑32号上的种群动态,朱砂叶螨在丰驰桑上的内禀增长率(mean±SE,n=30)为0.2244±0.0074,中位生存时间为18.0d,在湖桑32号上的内禀增长率为0.2644±0.0045,中位生存时间为20.8d,内禀增长率和生存曲线差异显著。结果表明可用内禀增长率来作为品种抗性的评价指标,对害虫的综合治理有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:The population dynamics of Carmine Spider Mite infesting mulberry-Fengchisang and Husang 32 were studied with Jackknife technique.There were significant differences in the intrinsic rate of increase and survival curve in Fengchisang,r_m(mean±SE,n=30)=0.224?4±0.007?4 and the mean survival time was 18.0,but in Husang 32,r_m=0.264?4±0.004?5 and the mean survival time was 20.8.The results showed that the intrinsic rate of increase can be used as a guide line of varietal resistance, which was constructively significant to Integrated Pest Management.
