福建乌龙茶Zn质量分数的分析

福建乌龙茶 Ｚｎ 的质量分数为 ６．０４～７０．４７ μｇ·ｇ－ １，均值为 ２９．９８ μｇ·ｇ－ １．闽北产区 Ｚｎ 的质量分数高于闽南产区；春茶 Ｚｎ 的质量分数最高，夏茶其次，秋茶最低； Ｚｎ 的质量分数较高品种有永春佛手、武夷肉桂、武夷水仙、武夷奇种、闽北水仙和闽南水仙，而闽北乌龙、黄木炎、色种的质量分数较低，铁观音的质量分数最低；乌龙茶等级与 Ｚｎ 质量分数的关系因品种不同而存在较大差异，铁观音、闽北乌龙和闽北水仙等级与 Ｚｎ的质量分数呈正相关，而武夷水仙等级与 Ｚｎ 的质量分数呈负相关

Analysis of Zn mass fraction in Fujian oolong tea

The scope of Zn mass fraction in Fujian oolong tea was 6.04-70.47 μg·g -1 with its average value 29.98 μg·g -1 . The Zn mass fraction in oolong tea in the north Fujian was higher than that in the south Fujian. Annually, it was the highest in spring tea, followed by summer tea, the lowest in autumn tea. The varieties such as Yongchun Foshou, Wuyi Rougui, Wuyi Shuixian, Wuyi Qizhong, Minbei Shuixian and Minnan Shuixian had the highest Zn mass fraction, followed by Minbei oolong, Huangdan and Sezhong, the lowest in Tieguanyin. The relationship between oolong tea grades and the Zn mass fraction varied significantly in different varieties. It means that there was positive correlation between the grades of Tieguanyin, Minbei oolong and Minbei Shuixian and the Zn mass fraction, and negative correlation between the grade of Wuyi Shuixian and the Zn mass fraction.
