| 摘 要： | 太湖流域属平原河网地区,圩区是太湖流域的基本单元。圩区治理是保障流域人民生产生活安全的重要措施之一。苏州圩区治理已有2000多年历史,大致经历了塘浦圩田,小圩体系,联圩3个阶段。笔者从流域防洪整体安全的角度,初步探讨了苏州圩区治理存在的问题,并对苏州圩区的治理提出几点建议,为平原河网地区圩区规划与建设提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Taihu Lake Basin is a plain river network area,polder is the basic unit of Taihu Lake.Polder basin management is one of important countermeasures to protect people's production and life.The history of Suzhou polder management is more than 2 000 years,largely through three stages of Tangpu polder,a small dike system,the joint polder.From the perspective of the overall security of river basin flood control,the problems in controlling Suzhou polder were discussed,and some suggestions were also put forward,which will provide reference for planning and construction. |
