激光仪法测定兔毛纤维细度可行性研究

摘    要:采用激光仪法和显微投影法分别测定54份兔毛样品的纤维细度。结果显示:两种方法测定.平均细度分别13.69μm和13.92μm(t〈0.05),误差1.68%;细度离散系数分别为17.45%和23.36%,差异极显著(t〈0.01)。细度测定结果两者间呈强相关,相关系数为0.701(P〈0.01)。表明采用激光仪法测定兔毛纤维细度是可行的,但必须确立统一的取样标准。

Abstract:Experiment was conducted with 54 samples of angora wool to compare results produced by the Laserscan analyzer and the projection microscopy (PM). 54 samples were measured and the results as follows, Laserscan-generated average fiber diameter (AFD) value were 13.69μm ,smaller than the PM 13.92μm (t 〈0.05), the CV of fiber diameter value were 17.45 % and 23.36 %(t 〈0.01)respectively. It indicated that the method of Lasersean analyzer can evaluate the AFD and the unified sampling method should be established.
