紫香糯、白糯玉米对铬胁迫的生理生态反应与抗性差异研究

摘    要:研究了铬胁迫对2个玉米品种种子萌发初期的一些生理生态特征的影响,结果表明:随铬处理浓度的增大,紫香糯、白糯玉米种子萌发率、幼苗株高、根长、鲜物质量和干物质量均逐渐降低;脯氨酸、吸收铬量、可溶性蛋白质、超氧负离子(O2-)、丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐上升,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性则逐渐增加,但抗坏血酸和硝酸还原酶活性在2个品种玉米中变化趋势差异较大。2个玉米品种对Cr3 毒害的反应表现不同,紫香糯抗性较强,白糯抗性较弱。

Abstract:effects of CrCl3 stress with different concentrations on some earlier physiological and ecological characteristics of seed germination,and resistant difference of Zea mays L.were studied.The results show that the seed germination percentage,the plant height,root length,fresh biomass and dry biomass of seedlings all gradually decrease with the treatments of increased CrCl concentrations.While not only the contents of proline,soluble protein,chromic absorption,O2 and malonaldehydic acid (MDA) increase by degrees,but the activitys of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidese(POD) and catalase(CAT)increase gradually as well.But the diffent of the Vc and activity of nitrate reductase(NR) evidently vary among different variety.Different Zea mays L.variety tend to have different reflection to Cr3 toxicity,purple waxy corn has strong resistance.
