腐殖酸提高大豆抗盐碱能力的生理机制初探

摘    要:试验探讨腐殖酸抗盐碱性的生理机制。采用测定脯氨酸、丙二醛、多酚氧化酶活力、质膜透性、脱落酸、谷胱甘肽含量等项目来完成的。从试验结果看,腐殖酸降低了叶片脯氨酸含量、脱落酸含量、丙二醛含量、膜透性,提高了多酚氧化酶活力、谷胱甘肽含量。试验证明,腐殖酸可提高大豆抗盐碱能力。

Abstract:The study detected proline content,malondladehyde content,polyphenol oxidase(PPO) activity,permeability of membrane,abscisic content and glutathione content by field trial.The result showed that humic acid could reduce proline content,abscisic content,malondladehyde content and permeability of membrane,increase PPO activity and glutathione content.The result of the experiment have showed,humic acid exactly strengthens the soybean saline-alkali tolerance.
