高温胁迫下 PP333对绿巨人相关生理变化的影响

摘    要:以150mg/L的多效唑(PP333)处理绿巨人(Spathiphyllum floribundum cv.Maura Loa),就高温胁迫下PP333对绿巨人叶片相对含水量、电导率及叶绿素含量等生理指标的影响进行了研究.结果表明,在高温胁迫下,PP333处理能有效减缓绿巨人叶片叶绿素的降解,提高水分的利用率,降低细胞质膜透性的增加程度,减轻高温对绿巨人的伤害,从而可有效提高绿巨人的抗高温能力.

Abstract:The protective effect of PP333(150 mg/L) on Spathiphyllum cv. Maura Loa under high temperature stress was studied. The result showed that the decrease trend of chlorophyll content and RWC could be delayed by PP333 treatment. The permeability of cell membrane was depressed, which implied that PP333 treatment could alleviate the damage caused by high temperature stress.
