Erfolgskontrollen nach Bekämpfungsmaßnahmen gegen die Larvenstadien von Kriebelmücken (Simuliidae,Diptera)

The use of artificial substrates will recommended for controls of success after actions of treatment with larvacides andBacillus thuringiensis var.israelensis against larvae of black-flies in running waters. An experimental plan (including pilot tests, numbers of substrates per sample, schedule, interpretation etc.) will established and facts are pointed out, which have to be regarded for an unobjectionable control of success. Control procedures recommended by different authors will compared critically with the use of artificial substrates in consideration of the proposed experimental arrangement and planning.
