| 摘 要： | 应用反转录(RT-PCR)技术从河南传染性法式囊发病鸡中总RNA克隆出1461bp的VP2基因,并将其克隆于pGEM-T载体,筛选并构建了pT-VP2克隆载体。序列分析表明,该VP2基因及推导氨基酸序列与日本和欧洲超强毒株序列有较高的同源性,特征性氨基酸变异相似,进化分析也表明Xin-1毒株与欧洲超强毒株UK661和日本超强毒株OKYM位于同一进化分支,提示Xin-1株病毒可能为超强毒株。 |

| Abstract: | The VP2 gene about 1461bp was obtained from the total RNA of the chicken IBDV by RT-PCR,then the VP2 gene was cloned into the vector pGEM-T to construct vector pT-VP2.sequence analysis showed that the high homology of target gene and animo acid with the vvIBDV from Japan and Europe.The similar variation of characteristic amino acid implied strain Xin-1 was probably vvIBDV. Phylogenetic analysis showed Xin-1 was in the same lineage to vvIBDV UK661 and OKYM isolated from Europe and Japan respectively,implying Xin-1 might be vvIBDV. |
