| 摘 要： | 为进一步完善高校创新型人才培养机制,不断丰富产学研结合型教育模式内容,对我国高校渔业人才培养现状进行了分析,对渔业创新人才培养机制提出了可行性较强的建议,并指出产学研相结合的模式必将成为我国培养创新型人才的不二之选,也必将成为我国今后很长一段时期的高校教育发展方向.

| Abstract: | To improve the mechanism of innovative personnel cultivation and enrich the content of education model of ＂production, study and research＂, the article focusesd on the analysis of status of fishery personnel cultivation in universities and colleges in China and presented some feasible advices for the mechanism of innovative personnel cultivation. In conclusion, it pointed out that education model of ＂production, study and research＂ would be an inevitable choice and developmental trend of education in universities and colleges in near future. |
