| 摘 要： | 结合财政部国际司世行贷款小规模发展项目绩效评价工作,以微笑产业曲线为视角,从研发机构建设、生产能力和市场构建3方面分析了世行小规模贷款发展项目对河北省肉牛产业的贡献,为我国农业利用外资项目促进产业发展提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | Combining with the performance evaluation work of small-scale development project loaned from Ministry of Finance,International Department of World Bank,and based on the perspective of smile curve for the industry,this paper analyzed the contribution of World Bank loans to small-scale development project on the beef cattle industry in Hebei Province from three aspects,namely,research & development organization building,production capacity and market-building.Those provided a reference for China's agriculture in taking advantages of the foreign capital project to promote industrial development. |
